Restricted Delivery
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY SELECTING “AGREE” AT CHECKOUT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
WE CANNOT SEND SHOTGUNS, FIREARMS/ MODERATORS OR AIRGUNS TO PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES
Carl Russell & Co Ltd Ltd will only send the above restricted items (shotguns/ firearms/ moderators/ airguns including sub 12ft/lbs airguns) to a Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) for collection by yourself in person with relevant ID/ licence or you can place this order for collection in person from our store in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, again with relevant ID/ licence.
By placing an order for a shotgun/ firearm/ moderator/ airgun, you understand that a Carl Russell & Co representative may contact you to discuss and arrange delivery/ collection options and a date for collection if required. In some circumstances, the actual collection/ delivery date may be later than the estimated delivery date shown on the product page.
In order for us to process your order for delivery to a 3rd party RFD for an above restricted item please enter the name of the receiving RFD in the ‘Dealer notes’ upon checkout with the RFD’s contact number or email address. If purchasing a shotgun/ firearm/ moderator or airgun you will need to send your shotgun/ firearms licence to us here:

Which will allow us to complete the entering of the gun on to your licence – your notification form will be emailed to you for you to notify to your certificating Police constabulary on your licence within 7 days. (Not applicable if purchasing a sub 12ft/lb airgun – photographic ID ONLY (such as driving licence or passport) will need to be shown upon collection to prove over 18 years of age.)
We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your order if required.
Please be aware that if delivery to a 3rd party RFD is chosen the receiving RFD will likely charge a transfer fee (typically £25-£35) for handling your items.
